Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days along with the original packaging. Returns are not accepted for used, clearance, or sale items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All refunds will be processed within three to eight business days after we review and approve your return. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your returned item. If your refund is approved, we will deduct the amount for damages and a restocking fee. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for purchase. If the returned item arrives outside of its original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Exchanges are available, but must be approved before the return.

To cancel your order, please call 1-713-952-9172 or email Support@brendajhamilton.store. Any order cancellation request must be submitted before the item's status changes from "Processing" to "Shipped." We cannot cancel your order once the product has been shipped from our facility to the carrier's distribution center. Tracking details are not available until released by the courier. All cancelled orders will be processed according to our refund policy.
