Shipping Policy
Brendajhamilton processes and ships all in-stock items directly from our facility within 2-5 days of order placement. The size and weight of the shipment will determine whether palletized or small parcel shipping is used. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 3-10 business days. Our company maintains close relationships with distribution centers and nationwide carriers. We take every precaution to ensure fast, reliable shipping and avoid potential damage.
When your package is picked up from our facility, we will provide tracking information via email. The carrier's website provides updates from pickup to delivery. For any palletized shipment, the carrier is required to contact you at the phone number you provided with your order to arrange delivery. Freight companies may offer additional services at the carrier's discretion.
Self-service truck delivery is a popular option for palletized shipments. It provides curbside delivery. However, you are responsible for the package once it is dropped off. The delivery driver does not deliver palletized shipments to your home.
If you require home delivery, we recommend White Glove Delivery. With this service, the delivery driver will remove the item from its packaging and deliver it to your door. Some items can also be assembled with this service, but there is an additional delivery fee. To request delivery service, please reply to the order confirmation email after receiving your order.

Receiving Orders: Small Packages and Pallets
Small Packages:
Use the order tracking feature to stay informed about your package and delivery time.
If you notice any damage after opening your package, please take a photo and send it to Support@brendajhamilton.store immediately.
Pallet Shipments:
Please adhere to any delivery schedules set by the courier. If you are unable to accept the shipment, it will be returned to our warehouse. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you ask the driver to remove the shrink wrap and pallet strapping for you to avoid potential damage. The driver will unload all boxes and packages from the truck and leave them outside your home. Note: Do not sign the delivery confirmation form or invoice before inspecting the goods for damage. You must complete all damage details on the form or invoice before signing. Any damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported on the form. The carrier is not responsible unless all damage is noted on the invoice or form. If you notice any signs of severe damage, please refuse delivery. All goods should be opened upon arrival by the delivery driver. It is recommended that you immediately photograph any damage and send the images to Support@brendajhamilton.store. All claims must be received within 24 hours of delivery. Commercial customers are advised to inspect pallets before loading them onto a forklift.
